We usually ship the next day (same
day if before 3pm except weekends)
we receive your order. If for any
reason, we can't supply immediately
because we are awaiting stock or
new products to be released, we will
advise you. We will never debit your
credit cards or cash your cheque
until the day we send your goods.
If you have been waiting for a considerable
amount of time, we will check that
you still want it before we ship.
PRICES Prices shown may be subject
to change without notice as occasionally
it may get missed posting on our
website. If price is different, we
will consult you prior to shipment
to advise and seek your approval.

our customers on products they have
purchased from RC Simulations. Call

usually respond with 48hrs as we
are not online at all times). It's
also worth taking a look at the manufacturers
websites too for FAQ's as these are
also a good source of help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (SALE
OF GOODS ACT- DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
WITHIN UK) We hope that what you
order fits your requirements as we
know that all the items we provide
do work on most systems and we ask
you to try them soon after they arrive
to test they work. However, if you
believe you have a faulty item, please
call our technical department on
0044 (0)1179 715000 who will discuss
the problem with you. If it still
poses a problem they will issue a
RMA number for return to us. We ask
that you send it back under suitable
postal cover (i.e. Parcelforce Standard
or Royal Mail) and we will examine
it upon return. We will either exchange
or refund (with copy of receipt)
faulty items. Products which have
been tested to be found not faulty
will usually be exchanged or credited
to your account, but we do not offer
refunds. On non faulty items we will
not refund or reimburse your postage.
We do not supply goods on approval.
With software there is a high risk
of piracy. Mint & unopened products
may be returned within 14 days although
you will not get a refund back on
your postage
