Getting your Flight Simulation products
from the specialists at R.C Simulations
couldn't be more simple! Order in three easy steps and
check out our terms & conditions below so
you know how we work so you can order in confidence.
- Decide what
you would like to order. Remember that you can print the pricelists
directly from this website and if you need further
information, we can email the specific product details to
you. If you are in a non EC country, you do not have to pay our VAT
tax. We will amend your order accordingly. All our prices are shown in UK Pounds, but to get
the approx equivalent in your currency just multiply our
price by the current exchange rate. Credit cards
automatically convert our currency to yours on the day of
the transaction.
- Add the
postage & packing to your order as shown on the order
form. All shipments
require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that
you are in, or there is someone to accept your parcel or
provide an alternative delivery address.
NON UK ORDERS: Postage
shipping rates differ from country to country and total
size/weight of goods and if not specified we will use
Parcelforce Worldwide. We can offer most Datapost Next
Working Day, Euro 48 Hrs and Airmail services to fit your
requirements & budget wherever you are based in the
world. Standard or Airmail are usually the most
economical. Please email us on sales@rcsimulations.com to find out what is most suitable for you
& the cost. We will be pleased to help.

Email or post us your
order. We
accept most major credit cards including Visa,
MasterCard, Amex, Switch & Delta. You can
also send a cheque in UK pounds or postal orders. If you
visit in person (please call prior to coming), we can
accept cash. Please submit your order in the way you feel
most comfortable.

SIMULATIONS SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We usually ship the next day (same day if before 3pm
except weekends) we receive your order. If for any
reason, we can't supply immediately because we are
awaiting stock or new products to be released, we will
advise you. We will never debit your
credit cards or cash your cheque until the day we
send your goods. If you have been waiting for a
considerable amount of time, we will check that you still
want it before we ship.
PRICES
Prices shown may be subject to change without notice as
occasionally it may get missed posting on our website. If
price is different, we will consult you prior to shipment
to advise and seek your approval.
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We support all our customers on products they have
purchased from RC Simulations. Call us Monday to Friday
from 11am- 5pm for immediate technical help on 0044 (0)117
9715000 or email us 24hrs on bob@rcsimulations.com (we will usually respond with 48hrs as we
are not online at all times). It's also worth taking a
look at the manufacturers websites too for FAQ's as these
are also a good source of help.
- RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (SALE OF GOODS
ACT- DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS WITHIN UK)
We hope that what you order fits your requirements as we
know that all the items we provide do work on most
systems and we ask you to try them soon after they arrive
to test they work. However, if you believe you have a
faulty item, please call our technical department
on 0044 (0)1179 715000 who will discuss the
problem with you. If it still poses a problem they will
issue a RMA number for return to us. We ask that you send
it back under suitable postal cover (i.e. Parcelforce
Standard or Royal Mail) and we will examine it upon
return. We will either exchange or refund (with copy of receipt) faulty items. Products which have been tested to
be found not faulty will usually be exchanged or credited
to your account, but we do not offer refunds. On non
faulty items we will not refund or reimburse your postage.
- We do not supply goods on approval.
With software there is a high risk of piracy. Mint &
unopened products may be returned within 14 days although
you will not get a refund back on your postage.
